Guide - Download and Use the Application

Welcome to the InvestigUser app installation and getting started guide. Follow the steps below to install the app, create your account and activate your user rights.

Prerequisite: have Google Chrome installed on the computer.

Step 1: Download the Application

Download the InvestigUser application by clicking on the download link provided on the official website. (Guaranteed Virus/Malware Free and no usage logs retained)

Step 2: Launch "InvestigUser_vX.exe"

Open the downloaded file Investiguser.exe to start installing the application on your computer.

(A config.cfg file will be created automatically, this is the file supporting the application settings that you can configure directly via the application)

Step 3: Create an Account via the “Register” Tab

• Lancez l’application et rendez-vous sur l’onglet « Register ».
• Complete the registration form with your username, email and password.

Step 4: Verify Your Email Address

• Check your email inbox to find the verification email.
• Click the verification link in the email to confirm your email address.
• You will have 15 days free access to the entire application. (Learn more about the end of the trial period)

Step 5: After 15 days, make a Ko-Fi donation of at least 3 Euros to continue indefinitely.

• Visit our Ko-Fi page to make a supporting donation of at least 3 Euros. (Learn more)
• Make sure that the email address used for the donation is the same as the one for your account registered on the application.
• Payment can be made via Paypal or credit card.

Step 6: Automatic Activation of Rights

• After the donation, your user rights will be automatically activated.
• Your username and password will now be functional, allowing you to launch the main application.

Step 7: Enjoy the Application and Updates
